1.Consent Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data

Explicit consent is obtained regarding the sharing of personal data only with authorized physicians, healthcare personnel, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations as required for healthcare services.

2.Consent Regarding Data Retention and Destruction Processes

Personal data are stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation, and upon the expiration of these periods or the disappearance of the purpose of processing, they are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK and relevant regulations.

3.Electronic Communication Consent

Explicit consent is obtained for communication via SMS, e-mail, and telephone in order to carry out appointment processes, information activities, and service-related feedback.

Within this scope, it is acknowledged that necessary technical and administrative measures have been taken to ensure data security and that additional security measures are implemented for the protection of special categories of personal data.
